Crucial to solving the gravel-bike puzzle is geometry. The SZEPTER takes notes from our class-leading mountain bikes and features a long reach, short stem length, and 69-degree head angle to instill confidence on technical terrain.

Ultra-Modulus carbon is a state-of-the-art frame material found only on our highest-end products. Tire Clearance
When riding in poor conditions, traction is crucial. With room for up to a 700 x 45mm tire, the SZEPTER supplies endless grip in the wet and comfort over longer distances.

Progressive Geometry
Here at YT, we know a thing or two about what makes a bike a blast to ride. A slack 69-degree head angle ramps up the fun factor, elevating off-road performance without sacrificing climbing capability, while the modern, 74-degree seat angle creates an efficient body position to see you seek and destroy your elevation goals. Blaze up hills and destroy the descents - the SZEPTER will have you craving mileage.

On Frame Storage
The SZEPTER can go the distance. There is space for two large bottles alongside a top tube bag, lining it up for off-the-grid exploration, far from the beaten track. Simplicity is key. Mounting points let you keep your go-to essentials strapped and primed for action, freeing you from the restraints of a pack.

Suspension fork
Mind blurring speed and uninhibited performance; these traits are feathers in the cap of the SZEPTER, realized by a genre-bending specification of a suspension fork. More than just an afterthought, the frame is engineered with suspension fork performance in mind, with its increased stack height offering enhanced confidence for aggressive descending.

Integrated Fender
We get it. Mudguards aren't known for being the most stylish feature. But, the SZEPTER sheds this misbelief, offering a slick, integrated fender that exaggerates the frame's aggressive lines. This fender flows into the curved seat tube design, where the unique, flattened tube shape offers further coverage around the ankles, providing additional protection from spray. Want to use a full-length guard? You can equip clip-on fenders if needed.

Headbox
Inspired by the dramatic lines of gladiator armor, this all-new Headbox design delivers pinpoint precision on the trail. Rigidity is amplified by the distinctive shape, providing unrivaled control when cruising through technical sections.

Wire Tire Clearance
While all models feature 700 x 42mm tires, the clearance allows the rider to ramp up grip and comfort in poor conditions by fitting up to 700 x 45mm tires. These wide tires deliver ample traction for slick climbs and loose descents, helping to bring out the best in your riding.

Dropper Post Compatibility
Regardless of spec level, all SZEPTER frames are compatible with wired and wireless dropper seatposts. The long seat tube lengths permit up to a 100mm dropper in sizes S, M, and L and 150mm in sizes XL and XXL. This compatibility boosts off-road performance by increasing saddle clearance, encouraging a more active body position over the bike. SZEPTER Core 4 comes standard with the SRAM Reverb AXS XPLR dropper post.

Bottle Mount Cut-Out
A two-position cutout is featured on the downtube, allowing for varied mounting options and bottle sizes. Riders can choose the YT-specific "Fidlock" baseplate and Thirstmaster combo or can equip their choice of generic bottle and cage, providing there is clearance.

Comfort and Efficiency
Ergonomic comfort and raw power - the SZEPTER delivers the best of both worlds. At the bottom bracket, the surfaces, lines, and tube cross sections enhance power transfer, eliminating unwanted flex for a direct and connected ride feel. In contrast, the seat tube enables vertical flex, which improves comfort over rough terrain. Body positioning was also a consideration, with the upright ride position limiting fatigue on longer rides.
